General Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

1. Services

PrintMasters offers custom graphic design, print design, and promotional material design. All services are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be submitted through our official website or authorized channels.
Full payment is required before project initiation, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are accepted via GCash or secure online links provided by PrintMasters.
Prices are quoted in PHP and may vary depending on project complexity or urgency.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time will be communicated upon order confirmation. Rush requests may be accommodated with an additional fee, depending on availability.

4. Revisions

Each design project includes 2 free revision rounds.
Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial design draft.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before work begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
No refunds will be issued after design work has started or files have been delivered.
PrintMasters reserves the right to cancel an order due to non-payment, misuse of services, or unprofessional conduct.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, submit necessary materials, and communicate in a timely manner to prevent project delays.

7. Intellectual Property

Final designs become the client's property once full payment is received.
PrintMasters reserves the right to display completed works in portfolios or marketing unless an NDA is signed.

8. File Delivery

Designs are delivered in standard formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD). PrintMasters is not liable for printing errors if external printing services are used.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintMasters is not liable for loss of data, revenue, or delays due to client inaction, technical issues, holidays, or force majeure events.

10. Privacy

All client data is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell personal information without consent.

11. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
